Last night, I had my first yoga class ever! My friend needed someone to practice his teaching on, so I agreed to give it a go.
I think there is something to be said about yoga, taichi, or even more mundane exercises like ”ラジオ体操” (A type of morning warm-up done in Japan). It really helps you focus and put energy throughout your entire body.
Yoga is HARD. You think that doing poses and stretches wouldn't be so demanding...but sometimes not moving much is so much harder.
